You must approach the court and apply for the regular bail of your fiance. And for that you need to get a surety ready who is having some movable or immovable property in his/her name. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi there! It would've been much easier if I could look at the FIR lodged against your fiance. Cases like these need follow up with police officials and the lawyer having the know-how and correct knowledge can get you the desired results in the court. Try finding someone with the expertise and knowledge with the skills to argue before the Hon'ble Court.

It is advised that you move quick in the matter to avoid further incarceration. We will have to see whether arrest was done legally if not we will have a remedy before High Court if in fact it was legal then we will have to seek bail. Happy to help. The fact that he does not have any antecedents will help.

I think it's motor accidents claim tribunal case that you are talking about. the detailed facts of the case need to be seen first andn only then can any legal advice be given. without knowing all the facts involved in the case it would not be prudent to advice.
