Need assistance to track the person from whom I lost I lost my money

I met a person in online app for marriage after some days he asked for some financial help due to emergency and I did it he was in contact till 31st dec now his mobile number is switched off or not reachable unable to contact him what to do further but I don't want to file any case against him I need to find about him where he is

Dear Madam, Write to the app’s grievance/redressal or safety team with proof. Most platforms can internally verify the user’s identity, suspend the account, or share limited information only with law-enforcement, but at least it creates a record.
