Need advise if bail can be granted from high court for section 12

Need advise if is it possible to get bail from high court for section 12, section 354A And 354D. What is the level of punishment given in this category.

Dear Sir,

Since Section 354A and 354B are bailable offences you may directly surrender before Magistrate Court and get bail. If non bailable offence is there you may go to either Sessions Court or High Court which have parallel powers to grant anticipatory bail.
