Your situation involving Section 420 and 409 of the IPC requires immediate strategic attention, particularly given the multiple court dates and the “NBW Unready” status you’ve mentioned. Anticipatory bail from the Supreme Court is a complex remedy that hinges on demonstrating lack of genuine apprehension of arrest, the triviality or weakness of the prosecution case, and your bonafides—each element demands rigorous legal positioning supported by case law and ground facts. The timeline matters significantly: with your June and July 2026 dates already set and today’s status showing the matter unready in e-court, you have a narrow window to file your anticipatory bail petition, ensure proper service to the Public Prosecutor, and prepare a compelling narrative backed by evidence of your cooperation and clean criminal record. The substantive defense against cheating and breach of trust allegations will also need to be articulated carefully in your bail application to preempt the State’s arguments.

If NBW is shown despite your presence, immediately move the same court for recall/cancellation with proof of appearance. Also seek regular/anticipatory bail, as needed, and inform your lawyer or court.

Need to press a Cancellation of NBW before the same (Hon’ble) Court one day process, the process will be initiated before th same Court room and has to be taken on board, Request to be made, valid reasons to be given to the court and accordingly your NBW will be cancelled on the same date.
