B stolen jewelry item from A,and B sell those item to C and C kept those item from D,and police file case under IPC 381,411 and included the name of B.what should be the procedure to get free from that case
Firstly accused file the Anticipatory bail under section 438 of code of criminal procedure before the district and session judge. And when bail is granted then he may go to file a quashing before Honable High Court under section 484 of code of criminal procedure.
