Myntra fraud, not delivering products after taking payment

I had paid for 4 clothing items but they only delivered 3 in the package. I have called their helpline several times, written to them online but they are telling me that they have delivered all 4 items which is absolutely false. I had told them to check the packet on their cameras and compare the weight of three clothing items vs four but they refuse to help. What should I do now . This is very shocking. They have taken money from me for 4 clothing items but only delivered 3. This way they are cheating people and I am sure there are other customers like me who face this problem .This is fraud and absolute torture. Please help
You can send them a legal notice and demand your money back plus the compensation for your loss. And if you wish to go legal then you can draft a criminal complaint against them and address it to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you can file a police complaint to the nearest police station stating the problem.
seems to be a case of cheating.
do you have any evidence on your side that 3 garments were delivered instead of 4.
usually helps if package is opened while on camera.
