My relatives obtained fake caste certificate

My blood relatives (cousins) got admission into govt college and jobs by getting a fake caste certificate.Whom should I approach.My caste is not listed as backward caste in my home state(sayA) but is listed as one in state B.So my relatives got the caste certificate from state B.Is it forgery?Also now to support their claims they have bought land in state B to cover up for the same.Will my case be strong enough against them?
yes your case is strong enough against them you can file a forgery case againt them and can take legal action against your relative.if they have got fake caste certificate from different state then if you want you can file a criminal case against them
