My relative is in jail for section 420. But he is not getting bail

But he is not getting bail only bec he said that he had taken money but he had a lost n he is bankrupt so he is unable to pay
whether he has confess the same before court and Police?
if not then we have a good case , even if he had confess still we can atleast make out a case for bail by relying upon the recent judgement passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

He is bankrupt but his other family members or relatives or friends who can be his guarantor and convince the Court to pay on his behalf and abide by certain rules and regulations asked to follow by him bail application can be presented again and prayer will be considered.

many times it happens that the court asks you to deposit certain amount as a condition for granting bail. however, if you don't have any money to pay, then you will have to argue your case on the merits and show the court as to how the offence against you is not made out and there is no cheating as such.
