My neighbour has submit a false police complaint

My neighbour has submit a false police complaint against me and my brother that we have stopped their daughter on the road and misbehaved with her. What we have to do. Please tell me.

If you are sure that complaint filed was false than no need to worry. Just defend yourself truthfully and try to make circumstances clear to the investigating officer. in case FIR has been lodged then get an anticipatory bail and later fight the case as its the prosecution's case to prove that the crime has been committed by you.
