My husband trying to kill me from 4years by doing black magic. for money n compensatory job purpose. how can i punish him for his killing a person mentality. for black magic there is no proof will be there. so he is doing that. please guide me and help me to save my life

Dear Madam You can file a complaint under the Karnataka Prevention and Eradication of Inhuman Evil Practices and Black Magic Act 2017 if you are residing in Karnataka ​You can also file a police complaint for cruelty and threats under domestic violence laws and relevant sections of the criminal code ​If you face physical harm or danger gather available evidence like medical records text messages or witness statements and contact local authorities.
