My husband and his total family torchered me. I filed DVA in court now

Im priya. I have 1yr3months baby boy. When i was 7 month pregnant my husband leave me alone in chennai railway station. Still he didn't see my baby face. He and his total family torchered me by words and they didn't provide proper food for me during pregnancy. I have proof for everything. Now i applied DVA in court and applied for maintenance. He filed case against that to madurai high cour. I'm poor to handle these all. I need justice for my life. Last 1and half year i live alone with my parents support. We dont have much money to spend for case. How can i get solution for this.

please clarify whether you want to live with him or you want to divorce your husband..If your husband also wants divorce, it is possible to file mutual divorce petition before the concerned court..you can raise the issues relating to the maintenance and other issues in that petition and settle your matter amicably
