My girlfriend is under house arrest what to do

Me and my girlfriend we had decided to run away and get married we are both major but from different religions. Anyway her family gave missing persons complaint and in front of the magistrate she said that her family has agreed to our marriage so she will go with them. Now her family has kept her under house arrest and is not at all agreeing to our marriage. What are my options now since the court let her go with her parents?
Hi, Since the Girls parents have agreed in front of the magistrate for both of your marriage, suggest you to have a discussion with the girls parents on the possible dates or arrangements for both of your marriage. If there is any opposition and if the girl is still willing to live with you, you may please approach the Hon'ble court to intervene under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution.
