this section deals with robbery or dacoity with an attempt to cause death or grievous hurt now for this immediate bail petition is required to be filed with the help of an advocate you should consult an advocate nothing can be done by you apart from this immediately file the bail petition

police will file chargesheet after finishing investigation. it will file after a year also. if fir has already been registered police will arrest him. if you could please send me the fir copy. section 311 bns is a cognizable, non bailable section.
