dear sir, my 4 uncles,dadaji and buaji are made accused for the murder of a bandit which we have not done at all. the result is near to come & it is going to be against us as per the court rumours. crime took place in a private bus in front of public during broad daylight, police charge sheeted the above members on the reason of having a land conflict rng 40 years since, no circstantial evidence obtained neither driver nor conductor or any of the passenger taken as approver in charge sheet. no bus regd no disclosed in chargesheet. still the judge is giving decision against us what to do?
First of all there is no need to be panicked. Let the decision come. Accused can file criminal appeals in the High Court against the judgment o the Trial Court. It would be difficult to comment on the merits of the case unless the entire evidence is perused.

Hi in response to your query I would like to suggest you get this point raised during the argument and if result came and they are convicted under the offence then you need to file a criminal appeal against the conviction order before hon'ble high Court.
