Mother named a person in her dying declaration who insulted her

My mother burnt herSelf and died after 10 days. Her brothers and cousins had insulted her in front of many people. They are responsible for her suicide. My mothers dying declaration has been recorded in which she has named the person who insulted her. Now what punishment can they get?
Dying Decleration is very much available in Section 32 of The Evidence Act. So the accused person will get a punishment of about 10years jail. You can also check Section 306 of IPC. It is clearly written there about Abetment of Suicide. You should lodge an FIR immediately without any further delay in your nearest Police Station.
