Money recovery from my sister.

My sister borrowed 8lacs from me recently and said Wil give in few months, however when I asked her for money she says she wil give back. I explained her about my financial hardship she is least bothered about it. She pledged copy of her sale deed, Aadhar card copy and loan agreement.

Mere pledging the documents may not give rise any right to you but there must be some written document preferably signed. Any way get issue a legal notice and try to threaten and recover. If you go to court it may take years together.

You have option to file money recovery suit against your sister. before that send a legal notice, and give time to refund the amount, if she failed to pay or reply to legal notice, then approach to the Hon'ble civil court for the money recovery suit. engage an advocate and take legal guidance properly and proceed with the case.
