Money fraud by a person on social media

Respected sir,I am a student I am staying in hostel but I do part time business for my own horticulture nursery by helping by father to improve sales scale through mediators via LinkedIn and etc , first time ever I was trapped by a cheater via LinkedIn I had sufficient call recording and WhatsApp messages and linked in messages that he had taken money.the value of money is 25,000 and he was not responding my phone calls and phone is switched off for some time and coming back after week 1 year is going to complete by this may and I had receipt of his bank account where we deposited money. Did I had any chance to recover my money?
The proper remedy for you is to file a criminal case under Sec.420 and 406 IPC. In case, police fails to register your complaint, you can approach for getting the needful done through the court. Based on the area where you reside, matter can be proceeded further.
