Molestation aND stalking case wherein I need to know a few things

So there was a guy who kept stalking me on social media and my phone number 1 and ultimately resulted in a police case following which I changed my phone number to phone number 2. I understand that the data like internet browsing will be collected from phone number one... But will the accused's lawyer or the police go through the internet and call history of phone number two... Or will they just go through any channels that he may have contacted me on like facebook...

They cannot do so unless they have orders of the court.
