Mobile repair technician is not returning mobile.

I have booked a service request for replacement of mobile display via whatsapp number available on internet.
The technician came and after checking the mobile he said mobile need to be bring to his shop for display replacement as there was some issue and can not be solved here.
Then he bring the phone with him.
Next day he said that display has been replaced and he has to send it via porter but before that you have to pay 3000 rupees. I paid him via UPI payment.
After that he has not sent mobile
your mobile has to be repaired always go to a shop which has almost all brands if you see the warranty card you will know the terms and condition if within 1 year or not. you have paid him 3000 but not yet collected the mobile
