Mobile phone under surveillance

In Feb 2022 i have visited massage parlour where police have reached and booked a case as a customer under PITA act 370 a(2) sections 3 4 5 6 sections. The case is still in investigation stage and charge sheet is not submitted yet. My question is will the police department put my current mobile under surveillance and record my normal calls and what's app calls.
