since police officer has no power in construction or destruction in disputed land whlie land case in under process. if police officer do construction forcily in my land for money in his presence, how will we obstruct to police officer to do ? in emergency to whom will i contact for help ?
contact the concerned Court court case pending present an application regarding stop the construction made by police officer district court will fast and order against himso going to court it will be best cure
