mujhe law ki knowledge nhi he jiska inhone bht faida utaya , they sent me to mental rehab 5 times n even there i was beaten kept in inhumane conditions and doctors behaviour was very strict towards me by putting false allegations their inlaws supported them into this they even used judiciary n law where they proved me retarded , im dalit by religion , police koi help ngi kr rhe , mujhe suicide ke lie force krte he poore time , not getting enough sleep n food

Agar police shikayat darj nahi kar rahi hai, to aap sambandhit Magistrate ke samne CrPC ke pravadhanon ke tahat arji de sakte hain. Yadi aap SC/ST varg se hain aur jaati ke aadhar par utpidan hua hai, to SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act ke tahat bhi karwai sambhav ho sakti hai. Agar aapko vartaman mein apni suraksha ya jaan ka khatra mehsoos ho raha hai, to turant najdeeki police adhikari, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) ya kisi vishwasniya vyakti se sahayata lijiye. Kanooni salah ke liye poore dastavej dekhna avashyak hoga.

Aapke bayan ke anusaar agar aapko jhoothe aarop laga kar zabardasti mental rehab bheja gaya, maar-peet ki gayi, jaati ke aadhar par utpidan hua, ya aapko suicide ke liye majboor kiya ja raha hai, to ye gambhir kanooni mamla hai. Sabhi saboot (medical records, court orders, messages, audio/video) sambhal kar rakhiye aur SP, Magistrate ya Human Rights/SC-ST Commission ke samne likhit shikayat dijiye. Vishesh tathyon ke aadhar par aapke adhikaron ki suraksha ke liye kanooni karwai ki ja sakti hai.

As per Indian Constitution every citizen has the right to live with dignity but here in the above scenario as you were sent to rehab forcefully constitutes physical abuse. You can take help from the Human Rights Commission and file a case for abetment to suicide with respect to not providing proper food with the intention or knowledge that it might drive you to suicide.
