Mere LIC ke survival benefit/maturity claim ka paisa nahi mila.

Actully lic policy ke humme after every sometime kuch amount return ana tha . or lic humme amount cheque ke through bheja gya but us cheque ko koi or encashment kr liya humme koi paise nhi mila or jab lic policy complete ho gya then hum jan apne paise ko lekar pucha to humme pta chala ki apko cheque bheja gya tha but humme kabhi nhi mila tha . or sab kuch office me camplain krne baad v 3-4 mnt se ghuma rha he. Mujhe legal notice bhejna hai aur zarurat padne par Consumer Forum me case karna hai.

yes surely..you have to send a legal notice to LIC and file a case against lic through manager and demand your money and you have to file a case against a person under section 420 who withdraws your amount.

Hello reader, आपका मामला बिल्कुल deficiency in service और fraudulent encashment से जुड़ा है। अगर LIC ने आपकी पॉलिसी की रकम भेजने का दावा किया है लेकिन वह cheque आपके पास पहुँचा ही नहीं और किसी और ने encash कर लिया, तो इसकी जिम्मेदारी LIC और संबंधित बैंक दोनों की बनती है। पहला कदम – आप LIC को एक legal notice भेजें, जिसमें payment की demand, interest और compensation की मांग हो। दूसरा कदम – अगर 15–30 दिन में कोई समाधान नहीं मिलता है, तो आप Consumer Forum में complaint दर्ज कर सकते हैं। तीसरा कदम – क्योंकि यह cheque fraudulently encash हुआ है, आप चाहें तो Police Complaint/FIR भी कर सकते हैं, ताकि real culprit का पता लगे। इस तरह आपके पास civil remedy (consumer forum) और criminal remedy (FIR) दोनों उपलब्ध हैं।
