Dear friend, i shall suggest that first of all the parents should dis-own their son from property and also make a will in favor of their two daughters and their children , if they like to. Apart from that , the parents should also bring the matter into notice of the concerned police and file complaint against their son for cruelty and other offences. Their are helpline numbers given by the police authorities where the old persons can make a call and seek help. The law also permits to file case against the son for offences committed by him and moreover there is Prevention of Domestic Violence Act which is quite helpful. Dear Sir, I have gone through facts of your case and as per my advice you have to get yourself medico legally examined in case son of your relative is physically torturing his parents and parents can also filed suit for declaration by declaring that their son will have no right in their property, moreover parents can execute Will in the favour of heir daughters so that he could not torture his parents.
