Manager Harassed in Workplace using Fake Identity

My manager said he was a former Google employee, and gained my trust providing all the resources saying he will get me into Google, later trapped me in love. Said that we will build startup and gave fake promises, asked I need to invest 4lakhs and he will be investing crores. Faked about IT work culture that opposite genders have to stay in single room. Then invited me and harassed me. My company just removed him without giving bad remark on pf
This is a serious and multi-layered issue involving fraud, sexual harassment, emotional manipulation, and possible workplace misconduct.
File a complaint at the nearest police station or submit a written complaint to the Commissioner/SP office with detailed chronology and evidence (chat, mail, call recordings, bank transfers, etc.).
If the harassment occurred at the workplace:
• File a complaint under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
