Manager faked his identity as a Former Google employee for trust gain

After I gave complaint, My company removed my manager. HR said his PF account is recordded with Harassment as the reason for leaving, but founder mentioned it is still not done yet. Can I request the proof or ask them to show how they marked it?

Yes, you can and should request proof from the HR department if there are conflicting statements about how the termination was recorded. Ask for Documentary Proof Politely but Firmly You may write to HR asking: • Whether the PF exit reason has been finalized. • What exit code was used while updating the EPFO (Employee Provident Fund Organization) portal. • If they can provide confirmation (such as a screenshot or official letter) of the recorded reason.
