Loan suraksha claim nehi mil rehi hai 1 saal sein......

My brother had two trucks. He suddenly passed away last year. His loans were covered under loan protection (insurance). The finance and insurance were from the same company. I submitted all the required documents to the finance company. Every month, they keep saying, "Your claim will be settled this month," but it’s been a year and there’s still no resolution.

You can file a complaint with the IRDAI and send a legal notice to the finance/insurance company for deficiency in service and delay. If unresolved, approach the consumer court for relief. please contact me for more details.
