Mr. Bayya Reddy Kothareddy (Indian , Hindu) have borrowed X Amount from Y and this information had not been shared to his family members unfortunately Mr. Bayya Reddy have hospitalized since January 2017 due to shock and he is in coma since 3 months and doctors are told that the recovery may take years of span and treatment will continued and recently his family member's got lawyer notice from Y saying that to repay the amount back. Since family members are having no information about this transaction they do wish to wait until Bayya reddy gets recovered. so is there any way in law of India like stay order still he gets recovered.so that his family members can protect them selves from this kind of notices from Y.

Family members of the Mr. Bayya ReddyKothareddy will not be held liable for the same as they had no knowledge about the said debt. Although, if the person 'Y' is able to show any such transaction between the two, then if he files any case the court will look into the authenticity of the evidence provided by Mr. 'X'.
