My friend took 20 lakhs from me on 3% interest per month. 4 months installment paid after that none. I have blank cheques and agreement copy. How to file complaint and get money back?
Dear Sir,
You have done best thing by taking cheques. You have bounce one by one cheque and file cheque bounce cases in different cities. It is a criminal case and no court fee is required except advocate fee. No use of promissory note but it can be used as collateral and supporting evidence. It will take oen to two years to get disposal of the cheque bounce cases.
