Listing of W.P. (Crl) in the Hon'ble Supreme Court

Despite of Urgency Affidavit only to avoid the matter to be infructous and even Letter of Undertaking being filed, if the matter does not get listed then what is the remedy ???
mention it before the appropriate bench stating clearly what is the urgency. also try to get it as a listed mentioning by filing an appropriate application before the registrar. if there is a genuine urgency, there are good changes that it may be heard.
