Life threatning and abusive behaviour

One of bajaj dealer owner ,on asking about reason of multiple times servivibg and charging he threatened me for killing me and used abusive language.i moved away after having conversation with one of their co partner.i am think to lodge formal complain against it.

Dear Sir You can lodge a formal written police complaint at the nearest police station under provisions for criminal intimidation intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace and unfair trade practices or deficiency of services Submit a detailed written account including date time dealership name and witness details from the copartner along with any bill records You can also file a consumer complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission seeking compensation for deficiency in service and harassment
