Lessee used property to run a brothel and police has sealed the flat

I am owner of a flat which i gave on lease for 33 months to a SPA. The lessee furnished me trade licence. Anti Human Trafficking Dept raided on 24/4/18 and sealed my flat. The Lease since expired on 30/4/18. Lessee still absconding/ till date police couldn't arrest him . I sent notices to lessee vide registered post which got returned. Police arrested main kingpin, pimps, brothel manager, sex workers, customers. Subsequently released all of them on bail. Police report to court on 1/8/18 declines to hand over keys of my flat to me on pretext that lessee has belongings in the flat. My questions: 1. What legal procedures should I take to get back my keys 2. Can I initiate a criminal breach of trust against the tenant/kingpin/pimps/sex workers for commercial sex activities in my flat and put them behind bars 3. Can I file a defamation suit against kingpin/pimps/others and recover financial damages for defaming me and letting my image down in the society
If the charge sheet has given then you can pray for the the possession from Honb'le court. What are the section that has imposed in it also matter, is there (U/s: - 366A/368/370/370A/372/373/376/506/109/120B/34 of I.P.C. and 3/4/5/6/7/9 of ITPA Section 4/6/17/21of POCSO Act, 2012, ) any such sections? what is the jurisdiction? it depends on that also.
