Is consexual sexual acts btw age 12-13 and 16-17 illegal in india ??

Yes it’s 100% illegal and come under POCSO that is Prevention of children from Sexual offenses. People who do such kind of acts are treated brutally ! These people deserves the same ! Below 18 are treated as minor

yes it is illegal in India even if it is consensual. In India the legal age of any sexual act is 18 years and any act below this age will fall under the rape and unnatural act. So kindly proceed with caution and if it has been done then kindly take proper precaution.
