Sir maine or mere bade bhai govt d group railway main job karte hai. ham dono Bhai ne hamare chhote Bhai ki shadi karvai.jo ki har family ka Farz hota hai. ladki valo ne ladka dekha hamne ladki dekhi or sab jo ki normally process Hoti hai . sabkuch sahi hone p shadi bohot Dhoom dham se Hui. After 3 months jis Bhai ki shadi karai wo ek married ladki k santh bhag gaya pata chala. ham to out of state rahte hai hame jab pata chala ham FIR karane Gaye ..pahle to police ne report nahi likhi kaha jis ladki Ko leke bhaga hai unhone report Kara di aap mat karaiye.. or hame jaane Ko kaha.. ham 2 din Baad again Gaye or jaise taise report karai. Fir indirectly police paise mangti hai. Jis ladki se hamne shadi karai wo ham p 420 ka case karne ki dhamki de rahe ya paise mangti rahe.. Sir ham kya kare kya hamari nokri p kuch effect hoga hamne kya Kiya hai. Plz kuch advice de
Aapne ye kahin clear nahi kiya ke jo FIR aapne karwayi hai wo kiske khilaf karwayi hai. Kya wo aapke bhai aur us ladki ke khilaaf hai ya us ladki ke ghar walon ke khilaf hai. jis ladki se aapne apne bhai ki shaadi karwayi thi sabse pehle use samjhaye aur apne vishwas me lekar bataye ke aap logon ko is baat ki bhanak nahi thi ke kya chal raha hai. uske baad aapke against jo FIR hui hai usko quash karwane ke liye High court me petition lagao under section 482 of Cr.P.C. ye kehte hue ke aap log apne bhai ke saath nahi rehte aur wo kya karta tha ya kis se milta tha aap logon ko is baare me kuch bhi jankari nahi thi. aapne jo FIR karwayi hai wo aapke case ko strong karegi. aapki naukri ko abhi koi khatra nahi hai, lekin aage aapke case me kya hoga saari details jaane bina kaha nahi ja sakta.
