Vyapam scam is bailable or not??? What punishment to expect from the preoceedings

Vyapam scam per se is no offence, it is a name given to a collection of criminal cases. Only offences are bailable or non bailable. It would depend upon the offence for which you are being charged, whether it is bailable or not. Please let me know the sections levelled against you in FIR and I shall let you know whether its bailable or not.

It depends upon the sections you have charged with. So you should mention here that what are the sections charged against you and also whether you are a public servant. Vyapam is a big scam and many people are charged in the case with different sections depending upon their role in the scam.
