Legal notice format for shop money recovery from a customer

Ek customer ne meri shop se Rs. 5,000 ka saman udhaar liya tha. Usne WhatsApp par accept bhi kiya par ab paise nahi de raha hai. Mujhe use ek legal warning/notice bhejna hai dharane ke liye. Kripya mujhe IPC Section 420 aur 406 ke tehat ek legal notice ka format/draft dein jise main use bhej sakoon

You may file suit in a competent court of law for recovery of money. before that you can send a legal notice by demanding the amount owed to you else, I am constrained to file an appropriate case against you by stating so.
