As F.I.R has been lodged, the 19 year old boy will be held responsible for Kidnapping under section 361 of Indian Penal Code. Also, you will also be held responsible as you were a accessory in the said offence as you never reported it to her parents even when she was there at your place without the consent of her parents. You should have reported the incident immediately to her parents. Though, you have the defence available to your disposal that you did not know that she will elope as she cam to your house with her sister and brother-in-law.
