Legal advice regarding a missing case.

13-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
A minor girl was recently missing along with a minor boy. Turns out both wre in a relationship and ran away due to the guy's force.. After running the boy has sexually misbehaved with the girl, immediately when she went missing, a fir was lodged by the guardians! So my question is, can this missing complaint be closed and then opened again after awhile...incase the family doesn't want to fight it at the moment? Or any other reason.. Can we close the missing complaint on a minor who was sexually assaulted, and open again after a while?

Dear Sir, Missing complaint is a formal complaint and it will be treated as automatically closed. If you make any issues then Police many enquire with the girl and there are chances of filing criminal case against the boy. The girl may lodge complaint at any time at the instigation of her parents.
