Hello,
I am planing to open a spa and salon, But I am working in mnc in bangalore. I will hire therapist, manager etc to take care of my spa and salon. Now my worry is if in future if any therapist caught of some immoral activity inside spa room during my absence since I am working. What punishment or fine will incurred to me as owner and also under ipc which section I will come under and what is the legal way to come out under crpc.
Also can my friend help me to get bail rather any family members as they live out of town?
1. set-up of Spa / Saloon require permission from local authority like., BBMP.
2. As you already working for MNC, you can not engage with other full-time business ( as per your offer ).
3. whoever you hire to work in the saloon / spa, get the agreement signed by them to disclude you and your business from the allegations for the misuse of of property by them.
4. Pls talk to an advocate reg. any violation of the property, bail... etc.,
