Legal action in case money was transferred without knowledge

I ws sleeping. Woke up and saw otp msg & money transfer msgs. I Filed police complaint. Police found out who has my money. Police called him and me But that person says that he is tarder on localbitcoins.com. He has proof of chat history and my bank payment transfer screenshot. He gave all printouts of trade chat and support ticket. He also raised support ticket on that website in front of police to proove he is not fraud. Please I don't know anything. I need my money back. How I will get my money back?
firstly call to police ant file your complete against him or against unknow person there after police has to that complete put up in court as soon as possible because unless or until you will not done this i can't help you out after that police has to make report against the FIR then file in court that report called status report of your FIR then tell to judge what he invented
