Legal action if police not taking action against a complaint

My sister has filled a 354a 376 and other case on soneone as the file goes to police they didnt done so much and after they submitted file to adm saying to pass a PABANDI warrent thereafter we filled the case through court the judge had taken the case and file again has been transferred to same police station i dont know what police will do but i want to go to trial process and let them guilty the police never investigated the place of occurance how to get them a trial through court.What action should be taken?

You had done first step after FIR . Case remanded for fresh investigation. Now wait for police reaction if they do their duties with clear hand then file a fresh applicaton before court for case transfer to other police station for clean hand investigation.

namaskar . in such scenario . u can put an application in the respective court requesting for pragati report. so that what investigation police have done yet will have to be presented by them in the court as such.
