Legal action against public nuisance in residential area

At a distance of 100mts there is a residential bungalow which now converted into a restaurant. In this customers keep on chatting and making loud noises, sing songs and play guitar, celebrating birthdays till late night...even in afternoon also laughing and talking loudly. My bedroom lockets near this. I have requested them so many times. The manager accepts his fault but these things r happening repeatedly
