Legal action against physical & mental torture by husband and In laws

I have already asked that my in laws used to torture me everytime for everything and my husband used to beat me and they always used to force me to leave their house. I never went to police station as i always wanted to save the relation. But now i m living with my parents for the last more than 3 months and also filed my complaint in women cell. I got married in March 2017 (hindu). What should i do next?
You have many remedies against your husband and in laws. Application under section 125 Cr. P. C. For maintenance. You can also file complaint under protection of woman from domestic violence in which you can claim maintenance, rent/ or portion of house of husband for living compensation and medical expenses. You can also file complaint before police for cruelty under section 498_A and 406 I P C for illegally detaining your isridhan
