The Developer who has Signed next to his own Fake Thumb Impression, . The Power of Attorney Holder of the Developer who has Signed the Document in the Registry Office on Behalf of the Developer, . The Witnesses who have Attested to the Deed of Correction in the Registry Office, . The Purchaser in whose Favour the Document has been Executed, Or . The Impostor who has Faked the Thumb Impression Shall be Considered to be Responsible for the Fake Thumb Impression, & What is the Maximum Penalty which might be Imposed on the Person who is Deemed to be Responsible for the Impersonation?

Frankly, thumb impressions don’t make a big difference. However, The signature accompanying the thum does. If that turns out to be forged, the punishment may vary from 7 years to 10 years to even life imprisonment.
