If you are not satisfied, then you can change your lawyer with collecting No Objective Certificate from your present advocate, moreover if you want to have your next date for the case you have, you can contact with any other lawyer in that particular area or court and told him/her the last date of your case I can be helpfull for the counsel to find your next date of hearing of your case. thanking you.

Share the case details with me. I will tell you the exact date and consider changing your lawyer by taking NOC from him and report his conduct in State Bar Council. After taking NOC, you can file fresh Vakalatnama and hire a new lawyer.

I understand your concern regarding the present situation. Please note that if your lawyer has started misbehaving or is not cooperating, it does not mean that you will be left without any legal remedy. Firstly, you can directly check the status of your case, including the next date of hearing and bail order details, on the official e-Courts website or mobile app. You may search by using your CNR number, case number, or even your name as a party. This will immediately give you clarity about your court date. Secondly, you may visit the court where your matter is pending. The court registry or clerk’s office can provide you with certified copies of orders, including bail orders and future hearing dates. This ensures that you remain updated even without depending on your current lawyer. If you are not comfortable continuing with your existing advocate, you have every right to engage a new lawyer. The newly appointed lawyer will file a vakalatnama on your behalf and can easily obtain all documents and details of your case from the court records. In case the misbehavior amounts to serious professional misconduct, you may also lodge a complaint with the concerned Bar Council. This step ensures accountability and safeguards your interests as a client.
