Land related case against seller and buyer who sell also my land area

My neighbor's land is only 1770 meter square but he sell 2400 meter square registered included my land also.what action we take seller and buyer?
You can file a sale deed cancellation suit before appropriate civil judge court and also file a criminal complaint under section 190 A of crpc. You have required a certified copy of sale deed and map of both land for filing of cases.
