Lakshmi Narayanan Sundaram ponzi scam

Hello, I have invested funds in the firm organized by Lakshmi Narayanan Sundaram(stock market expert) as referenced. This probably would be biggest scam in India as SEBI and RBI would have interfered.Economic offence wing has informed the investors to send an email for the investment done under the Ponzi scheme and I have sent an email accordingly.The question here is do I have to lodge an official complaint or the email to EOW should be sufficient?, Kindly adviseThanks

firstly gather the information whether the sebi initiated any action against them or any criminal case registered collectively, if it's registered you can also be part of it filing application following the procedure, take a detailed legal opinion on documents and doing research
