Labor case pending employer threatening me to settle what can i do

I have a labor case pending against my former employer and they have hired a detective agency to keep constant watch on me 24X7 and are using defamation tactics to pressurize me to settle the labor case out of court on their terms. I have also filed a criminal defamation case against them recently. They are creating friction between me and anti social elements and step aside for me to bare the consequences of the fight. I want to know if I can get interim relief from the criminal court ?? If yes, then under which section ??? Please refer some law books.
