2 weeks back Karnataka High court Orderd 1 week Police Station front Road cleaning reason for Police officer not filed FIR when Victim given Complaint.My Question is Police Officer Omission of duty Court can take Deciplinary action or File Case against Officer its leagel way but Road Cleaning Punishment which Section allow this kind punishment.
First of all, if the officer doesn’t register your FIR, you can give the said information to senior officer/ DCP/SP in writing and by post.
If not even then they comply, you can file a complaint before the Magistrate.
The road order thing has to be elaborated for me to comment further.
