Judge mistake why people should suffer

If judge doesn't issue notice or summons for criminal case and case details are not updated in Ecourt app , so how a person will know about court appearing date . Neither my lawyer told me anything about summons date. If Judge just issue warrant without summons , then why there is no action on judge. Why a person has to go to Jail because of Judge mistake . I think courts job is to at least send notice about summons . So Judge can act like dictator and no one can question him ?

Courts in India have repeatedly held that: eCourts or online cause lists are for convenience only. Certified copies from the court record prevail over any online information. Example: Madras High Court in P. Chinnasamy v. State (2019) observed that information from eCourts cannot be treated as conclusive evidence of case status.
